A Place to Play, Learn and Grow
Every season brings new faces, familiar faces and exciting opportunities. Whether your child is joining us for the first time or returning for another season, our junior program provides a welcoming environment where players can develop their skills, grow in confidence and build lasting friendships.
Our junior program is designed for players in Years 4–11 (aged 9 – 17 years), with multiple teams formed across year groups where numbers allow. This helps ensure players can enjoy cricket in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment alongside others of similar age and experience.
At QRJCC, we believe every player deserves the opportunity to learn, improve and enjoy the game, supported at a level that matches their stage of development.

Our Junior Boys Pathway
Stage 1
A fun and inclusive introduction to junior cricket where players continue developing their batting, bowling and fielding skills while learning the value of teamwork, sportsmanship and enjoying the game with friends.
Year 4 and 5 boys

Stage 2
Stage 3
Year 6 and 7 boys
Year 8, 9, 10– 11 boys
As players become more experienced, Stage 2 provides opportunities to further develop cricket skills, embrace new challenges and continue creating lasting memories with teammates in a fun and inclusive environment.
For players in later junior cricket, Stage 3 aids skill development, game awareness, and personal growth.Whether the players are aiming for representative pathways, or just having fun, they are encouraged to challenge themselves and enjoy the game.
▸ Continue Your Cricket Journey
Cricket doesn't have to end when junior cricket does.
Whether your goal is to continue playing with friends, challenge yourself at a higher level or simply enjoy the game for years to come, QRJCC is proud to support players as they take the next step in their cricket journey.
Senior Cricket Pathway
At Quinns Rocks Junior Cricket Club, we believe cricket can be enjoyed at many different stages of life. As players progress through their junior years, there are a range of pathways available to support their ongoing involvement in the game.
From 14 years of age, players may have the option to play senior community cricket with Quinns Rocks Cricket Club, while also continuing their junior cricket journey. This provides an opportunity for those who are ready to experience senior cricket earlier to do so, while still being part of their junior club environment.
For many players, the preference is to continue enjoying junior cricket through to the older age groups before making the transition into senior cricket, and we fully support families in making the decision that best suits their child.

Representative Cricket Pathways
For players seeking additional challenge, representative opportunities are readily available through the numerous district cricket clubs located across Perth’s vibrant northern suburbs, which are known for their thriving cricket community and passionate supporters.
Throughout the season, we actively share comprehensive information about district trial dates, specific locations, and the necessary requirements so that interested players and their families can thoroughly explore these exciting pathways if they choose to pursue these opportunities.
Details will be published on our Media Releases page as they become available.
